These cords are made of Moss yarn and feature and accentuate the same colour contrasts and the bouclé effect. The cords are sewn or woven by hand with a traditional technique requiring time and manual skills, to produce the upholstery of the Otto poufs and the Sabi structures. They are
used also for the production of the Parallelo rug in the High Tech collection.

To obtain the textural appearance of this fabric, the yarn is woven on a jacquard loom to create a particular bouclé effect.

The different selected colours contribute to the creation of a design recalling the branches of trees and bushes.

Its three-dimensionality and the willingly irregular texture are due to the density and compactness of the weaving, that make Roseto a dense, solid and particularly inviting fabric. To obtain the textural appearance of this fabric, the most important process lays upstream of the weaving. Once loom-woven, the yarn itself creates a special bouclé effect that identify the fabric. Its three-dimensionality

To obtain Whim, weft and warp in different colors of Rope yarn are woven and processed in order to obtain a subtle and delicate bouclé effect, generating that slightly three-dimensional surface that makes Whim soft and
cozy.

Equipped with all the features that make it suitable for outdoor use, Whim can be used to cover a wide range of seats and all the seat pads and cushions of the Aqua collection.

This fabric has the same characteristics as the Rope T fabric, but it is woven using a braid made up of yarns of different hues, contrasting or in matching tones. Alike the version in solid colours, its structure is light and at the same time strong and allows for the execution of any kind of stitching.

The fixed cover in Maglia Rasata is available only for the outdoor cushions 50×50 cm, 60×70 cm and 60×60 cm.

This page features the colour hues of the front side of the cushions’ cover; the back side, while maintaining the same shades of colour, is always increasingly uniform and less designed.

Due to the very nature of the production process, it is not possible to reproduce exactly the mélange colours as shown on this page. The colour samples are to be considered as an indication only of the shades that characterize the variant.

This firm yet flexible textile structure is produced in mélange tones. To increase the comfort of the products on which it is used, it is padded with soft polyester fiber.

The tubular knit Chain Outdoor is produced with a group of yarns in different colour, in a quantity suited to create the different mélange tones in the collection; this characteristic of the material does not guarantee a uniform and constant tone overall the length of the knit, not even in the same production lot.
Stripes or areas where one of the colours used to create the mélange tone strongly prevails are in line with the production technique.
Irregularity is the featuring peculiarity of these production techniques and gives character to the product being qualities able of making each one unique and different from any other.

Rope is a modified polyolefin yarn; it is long lasting, resistant to atmospheric agents and mass dyed in a wide range of colours resistant to UV rays, sea and swimming pool water.
Rope is woven, resulting very similar to marine ropes. The cords – Rope Corda 10, available in solid colours, two-tones and pastel colours – are then processed with different techniques to produce the High Tech rugs and hand-woven or sewn as to upholster many of the products in the Aqua Collection.
These cords are also used for the Sika baskets, for Agadir and Taiki lighting pieces, and for Bags.

This open weave fabric is produced with a high tech yarn. The yarn is woven with special looms and is then stabilized and consolidated to increase its performances in terms of resistance to abrasion and to the atmospheric agents. The special weaving, in part made by hand, can produce slight variations of both the colour and the fabric aspect, which must be considered normal. The Thuia fabric can be used to cover the screens Abri, the roof and side panels, both fixed and moving, of Cabanne, the parasol Ombra, the shading structure Resort and the curtains and the covering panels of the shading structure Toku.
