Monocoque chaise longue usable with or without steel base.

Structural, load bearing body: Diade, white background combined with Maris fabric ghiaccio colour code TYT027-125.
Base: AISI 316 stainless steel, matt varnished in avorio colour, plastic spacers.

A headrest is necessary for complete seating comfort.

Headrest: removable, padding in recycled and biodegradable polyester fibre, stress-resistant polyurethane insert, fixed foam cover in waterproofed polyester.
Headrest upholstery: removable and available in the outdoor fabrics listed here below.

Notes:
The body of the chaise longue Sun is made of Diade a patented thermo- formed plastic material. Maris designs Diade surfaces, generating an amazing textile appearance with unforeseeable mélange effects that are never the same. The colour irregularity, due to the structure of the Twiggy yarn used to produce Maris fabric, is the featuring characteristic of this production process.

The Sun chaise longue, without the base, is stackable: its form places virtually no limit on the number of pieces that can be superimposed.

The steel base is available both low (code B167D) and high (code B167E). The structural body is simply placed on non-slip rubber pads.

This product can be used also in interior environments.

We advise to use a Winter Set protection cover.

Characteristics

Diade is an exclusive material stemming from the coupling of the high tech fabric Tela or Maris with a rigid and supporting polyolefin surface. The particular technology applied to the coupling give the products made of this material an amazing textile appearance with mélange effects, which are unpredictable and never the same, but can also generate slight colour differences, which correspond to the areas where the fabric remains more or less imprinted on the rigid surface. Alike all fabrics, also Tela and Maris have their own specific elasticity; therefore, they tend to adapt each time in a slightly different way to the geometry of the panels, even in the same batch: a phenomenon that is completely natural and which in any case does not affect the structural and aesthetic qualities of the material.
