Dedece presents the Chromatic Alphabet

Dedece hosted an exclusive event introducing architects, interior designers and design journalists to Paola Lenti’s rich universe of colours, materials and surfaces. Established in 1978, dedece is one of Australia’s leading destinations for international furniture design and a longstanding Paola Lenti partner, operating the brand’s two monobrand stores in Melbourne and Sydney.

Following its launch during Milano Design Week 2026, the Chromatic Alphabet continued its international journey in Australia with an event held at the Paola Lenti monobrand stores. The programme explored the 44 colour families that constitute the Chromatic Alphabet, a design tool created to reveal at a glance the breadth of customisation possibilities offered by the Paola Lenti collections.

The event unfolded in two parts. Introduced by Anna Lenti, CEO of Paola Lenti, the presentation invited guests to explore the brand’s material and chromatic universe, gaining a deeper understanding of the unique visual language that defines its identity.

The presentation was followed by a hands-on workshop, inviting participants to put the Chromatic Alphabet into practice. Starting from the vision of a living atmosphere they wished to create, architects and interior designers experimented with the Paola Lenti design method, exploring the coherent relationships between materials and colour families.

Our sincere thanks go to dedece for organizing these two events and for once again helping to share, with great sensitivity, the distinctive design culture that has defined the Paola Lenti brand since its beginnings.
